About Notty Horse Coffee

Notty Horse Coffee was inspired by the love of coffee of our founders, Brian and Lisa Bacus. They had a simple vision: help others experience the joy of savoring the freshest coffee by offering high quality, small batch and locally roasted beans. “Coffee is the great convener in our family and many stories have been told (and retold) around the coffee table. Today, we continue that tradition with every small batch roast.“

The name Notty Horse, was inspired by our awesome, and sometimes naughty, horses: Flint, Noaa and Rusty. 

At Notty Horse Coffee, we take great care in every step of our coffee roasting process. From selecting the best beans, to roasting at just the right temperature and duration. We bring our commitment to quality and consistency to every roast. We source from a variety of regions, and provide a variety of roasts—all small batch and locally roasted. After our beans are roasted and set, we ship Priority mail, to ensure freshness.
